What is Yakiniku?

Yakiniku, or literally grilled meat, is a must-experience restaurant style in Japan. "Yakiniku" commonly refers to
a style of cooking bite-sized meat and vegetables on griddles over a flame of wood charcoals carbonized by dry distillation or a gas/electric grill.
